Why should I consider Figure?
After Whether you‘re just getting started or you're into your 30th vintage, we can likely help. We support the following sales models: Open, Allocations (Group & Individual), Clubs (Standard & Customizable), In Person Point of Sale, in any combination. We think we have one of the industry’s best allocation models, and after all these years customers seem to really love buying wine from our clients.
How much does Figure cost?
Monthly prices start at just $100. For more details on how your particular setup might look, check out our modular pricing.
How often do you update Figure?
Daily, weekly, monthly. We’re always at work improving features, coming up with new functions, and squashing any bugs.
Can you help me with data transfer?
Absolutely. We’re more than happy to help you transfer customer, order, and product data from another commerce provider. We charge $100 per hour for data transfer services. They can typically take 4-10+ hours depending on a variety of factors. No one knows your data like you, so it's important you tidy up anything before your transfer, and that you spot check everything after!
Is Figure secure?
We employ 256-bit bank-grade security around everything we do, and at no extra cost, we take care of the SSL security on your commerce enabled website so you don't have to.
Where is Figure hosted?
All services run on secure high-performance cloud servers at our hosting partner Linode.
Why do you charge a setup fee?
We believe in you and your brand. During the setup and throughout our relationship, we spend a bit of time really focused getting to know you, your brand, and making things just right. We believe there is immense value in that, and in the knowledge we’ve gained over the years.
Can I build my own website on Squarespace or WordPress and still use Figure?
Yes. We’ve got several clients that do this very thing. We simply host your commerce site on a subdomain (ie. members.yourdomain.com) and you point links on your marketing site to the necessary sections.
Can I build my own website and integrate with the Figure API?

What kinds of integrations do your offer?

What if I need a custom feature or integration?
We’ve had a lot of experience building custom features over the years, and we’re more than happy to discuss the unique needs of your business. If you truly require any Custom features, your monthly fee will increase by an additional $500, plus the cost to develop the feature. What kind of support can I expect?
We provide general guidance (best practices), notes on features, and usage to help you make the most of Figure. This is available via Intercom, a support widget on every page of the Figure app. Simply chime in if you’ve forgotten how to do something, or need quick advice on a particular issues you’re facing. We’ll do our best to help guide you along. General support is provided for free with your monthly plan.
What is premium support?
Offered as an additional hands-on service, we charge $100-$200 per hour for Premium support. This is available for those who require continual personalized attention and guidance with custom requests outside of the workflows of the existing Figure software parameters. Should you create internal customer service options outside of the workflows of the existing Figure software parameters, Premium support and Custom Feature Development services may be required to solve a particular request.
Some examples of what we consider Premium Support:
- Updating content on a page or section of your website
- Manipulating or importing data
- Creating a custom report or export
- Training a new employee on how to use Figure
- Helping set up an Offering
- Helping set up an Email
- Email list segmentation
- Shipment tracking imports
- Updating your shipping rates
- Merging customer accounts
- Updating product details
- Running custom actions against your data
- Restoring data (not always possible)
When you explain your situation, we will do our best to help resolve the issue, and inform you if Premium support services are necessary.
Do you have an integration with QuickBooks?
Well, the greatest thing about QuickBooks is you can do anything you want. The worst thing about QuickBooks... you can do anything you want. As a result, seemingly every winery, bookkeper, and accountant does something different, making an automated QuickBooks integration next to impossible. Sorry folks. It just doesn’t work like you’d hope. Maybe one day, but if you need to get your sales data into QuickBooks, we recommend Transaction Pro.
How should I handle tax?
You can handle taxes a few different ways. You’ll be able to enter base state tax rates or fully integrate with ShipCompliant’s address level tax service. And due to a recent change in tax rules, we integrate with the Board of Equalization Tax API to get appropriate county level taxes across California.
What is CCPA / GDPR?
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is a bill that enhances privacy rights and consumer protection for residents of California, United States. The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals citizens of the European Union and the European Economic Area. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas. We have been working on features to help support your compliance of these new laws.
